The pandemic has changed the way we as a society do so many things and that includes finding love.
Laurie Berzack, owner of Carolinas Matchmaker and Matchmaker Laurie, joined QC Morning to share dating tips and trends she’s been seeing during the pandemic. Laurie suggests a Facetime or Zoom with the person you’re about to meet. She says catfishing is still very real. She says you’ll be able to see the person, learn about their personality and sense of humor.
Laurie also recommends if you do decide to go out on a date, go on a social distance walk or sit outside under a covered patio at a restaurant.
She also shares that people are ditching the superficial aspects of dating and really looking at the bigger picture of how life is during this pandemic.
